Clients and Contacts Reports

To create a list of contacts:

  1. Select Reports. The Nexsure Reporting screen displays.
  2. Select Reports on the Reporting menu. The Nexsure Reports window displays.
  3. Select Clients/Contacts in the Report Type list.
  4. Select Client Contact XDR in the Available Reports field.
  5. Click OK. A new browser window displays report options.

  1. Select options for the report and click View Report.

Click Export to save the report as a file. Click Print to print the report. Click Refresh to update the display.

Example: Creating Mailing Labels from a Report

This example uses the Avery® address label template 5160 with Nexsure fields.

To create mailing labels from a report:

  1. Generate a report.
  2. Export the report as an Excel file.
  3. Open the Excel file and delete the first row, then save the file.
  4. Open the Word template.
  5. Click the Mailings tab.
  6. Select Select Recipients > Use Existing List.
  7. Select the Excel file you saved and click Open. The Select Table dialog displays.
  8. Confirm that First row of data contains column headers is selected, and click OK.
  9. Select Finish & Merge > Edit Individual Documents. A dialog displays.
  10. Select All and click OK.
    The mailing labels display the data from your report. You can edit individual labels.
  11. Save the merged file with another name.
    Using another name enables you to reuse the Word template.
  12. Load label stock into the printer.
  13. Print the labels.
