Retail Agent Setup
Retail Agents are outside producers that broker business through another
agency because they do not have a market. Retail
Agents are created from the Search screen and used in the Policy Assignment,
Invoicing "Bill To" and accounting screens of Nexsure.
To Setup
a Retail Agent
- You must search for a record before entering a
new one. On
the ,
click Search.
- From the Entity
drop-down list, select Retail Agent,
enter search criteria and click Search.
- If the retail agent you wish to add is not already
in the system, click [Add New Record].
- On the Card File tab, fill in all location and
contact information.
- Click Save.
