Client Access Attachment Security

Security settings for adding, deleting, and viewing attachments from the client access portal are available. Security selections can be made to grant access to each section.

To Grant Access

  1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates > Client and select the security template to be modified.

Note: The Full Client Access template is the default template and cannot be modified.

  1. Click [Edit].
  1. Click Resource Groups > Client.
  2. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Attachments:
  1. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
  2. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save. A confirmation message will be displayed.
