Audits

An audit serves as an examination of the insured’s records by the carrier, done after the auditable period, to revise the estimated exposure and premium to reflect the actual exposure and premium. Any policies with unposted audits will appear on the HOME > audits tab.  For information on posting a new audit, see Posting an Audit.

Policies that are restricted are displayed only if the person logged on is assigned to them. All other non-restricted policies are displayed and can be searched for by all staff members. There are several options when working with audits; notice the options at the top of the audits tab and the active icons within the tab.

Important: Clicking Clear does not remove the Save Filter Settings selection.
