Client-Level Task Log

The T-Log (Task Log) records and generates a time stamped list of specific servicing functions on clients as well as activities conducted on the Nexsure site by staff members. (Currently accounting activities are not recorded.)  Elements recorded are:

Important: When navigating through Nexsure using links in the T-Log, the Utility and Primary menu items highlighted do not reflect the path to the screen that is displayed.

The T-Log may be accessed in two separate places, the T-LOG link on the Client menu, which displays activity being accessed on the client, or the T-Log tab under SETUP > Security Administration, which displays activity conducted on the Nexsure site by all staff members. When accessing the T-Log from the Client menu, all user actions associated with that client are displayed.  When accessing the T-Log from the SETUP > Security Administration screen, all staff member actions are displayed.

To Navigate to the Client-Level T-Log

  1. On the Primary menu, click SEARCH. The search tab is displayed.
  2. Search for the appropriate client and click the Details icon next to that client. The Client menu is displayed.
  3. On the Client menu, click T-LOG. The client T-Log tab is displayed.

  1. On the T-Log summary screen, there are several options for working with the results:

  1. Once a search has been run, the Details icon is displayed next to each line item. Click the Details icon to access the page on which the task took place.

Tip: The T-Log archives older entries every quarter. When searching for older T-Log entries, enter search criteria with the appropriate dates. If the filter is simply cleared, only entries from the current quarter up to 100 pages will be returned.

Important: The Details icon, when clicked will open the page on which the task took place. The page may not contain the same information as when the task took place as the most current version of the page is displayed. If the item has been deleted or aborted, the Details icon will be unavailable.
