Profiling Tab

The profiling tab can be used to pre-qualify an account if desired, or to capture information about the account that can be quickly referred to at any time. The profiling tab contains different options depending on whether a personal or commercial client is being entered.

To Add a Personal Client Profile

To Add a Personal Client Profile

  1. On the Primary menu, click SEARCH.
  2. Click the Details icon for the appropriate client.
  3. Click the profiling tab.

  1. In the Client Type list, select Personal to set up profiling for a personal client.
  2. In the Referred By list, select the appropriate Referred By name. Additions to the list of Referred By names can be made in the SETUP > Lookup Management screens.
  3. In the No. of Drivers box, enter the number of drivers for the client.
  4. In the No. of Young Drivers box, enter the number of young drivers for the client.
  5. In the No. of Vehicles box, enter the number of vehicles for the client.
  6. In the No. of Accidents / Violations box, enter the total number of accidents / violations for the client.
  7. In the Zip Code box, enter the zip code for the client.
  8. In the Account Notes box, enter a free-form note regarding client information.
  9. In the Enterprise Code box, enter information to track a client managed in Nexsure with other proprietary systems.
  10. In the Home list, make the appropriate selection regarding the client home ownership. Additions to the list of Home selections can be made in the SETUP > Lookup Management screens.
  11. In the Residence County box, enter the county in which the client residence is located.
  12. In the Sq. Feet of Home box, enter the total square footage of the client's home.
  13. In the Distance from Fire Hydrant box, enter the number of feet from the client's home to the nearest fire hydrant.
  14. In the Miles from Fire Department box, enter the number of miles from the client's home to the nearest fire department.
  15. In the Fire District box, enter the name of the fire district in which the client's home is located.
  16. In the Construction box, enter the client's home construction type.
  17. In the Total Number of Locations box, enter the total number of locations owned or rented by the client.
  18. After all necessary information has been entered, click [Save].

To Add a Commercial Client Profile

  1. On the Primary menu, click SEARCH.
  2. Click the Details icon for the appropriate client.
  3. Click the profiling tab.

  1. In the Client Type list, select Commercial to set up profiling for a commercial client.
  2. In the Referred By list, select the appropriate Referred By name. Additions to the list of Referred By names can be made in the SETUP > Lookup Management screens.
  3. In the Account Notes box, enter a free-form note regarding client information.
  4. In the Enterprise Code box, enter information to track a client managed in Nexsure with other proprietary systems.
  5. In the Legal Entity Type list, select the Legal Entity Type for the client. Additions to the Legal Entity Type list can be made in the SETUP > Lookup Management screens.
  6. In the Years in Business box, enter the number of years the client has been in business. This information is used to pre-fill the ACORD 125 form in the Date Business Started box.
  7. In the No of Employees box, enter the number of people employed by the client. This information is used to pre-fill the ACORD 125 form in the Number of Members / Managers box.
  8. In the No of Locations box, enter the number of locations for the client.
  9. In the No of Vehicles box, enter the number of vehicles owned or leased by the client.
  10. In the Estimated Annual Gross Sales ($) box, enter the client’s estimated annual gross sales amount.
  11. In the Estimated Commission box, enter an estimate of the commission amount the agency can expect to receive.
  12. In the Monthly Payroll ($) box, enter the client’s monthly payroll amount.
  13. In the No of States / Provinces box, enter the number of states / provinces in which this client does business.
  14. In the Home Office State / Province list, select the client’s home office state / province.
  15. Indicate whether or not the client does business online by selecting either the Yes or No option.
  16. Indicate whether or not the client advertises on the TV or radio by selecting either the Yes or No option.
  17. After all necessary information has been entered, click [Save].
