Edits

An edit is an internal change or correction made by on an in-force policy that does not require notification to the carrier. The HOME > Edits tab shows all in-force polices that have a pending edit status. A pending edit remains on the HOME > Edits tab until the edit has been posted or aborted. For information on editing a policy see SERVICING > Edit.

Policies that are restricted are displayed only if the person logged on is assigned to them. All other non-restricted policies are displayed and can be searched for by all staff members. There are several options when working with policies on the edits tab. Notice the options at the top of the edits tab and the active icons within the tab.

Important: Clicking Clear does not remove the Save Filter Settings selection.
