Using Nexsure Help

Nexsure help offers several options to find information about Nexsure online:

TOC

Use the TOC to navigate through books and topics that are available.  Click on each book  to view the related topic, or click directly on a topic  to view. The TOC is organized by high-level menus that are available in Nexsure.

Index

Enter as little as one character to find keywords. Click on the desired word to view the associated topic. If there is more than one topic associated with the keyword, a secondary menu is displayed to allow selection of the most appropriate topic.

Search

Enter keywords or phrases into the Search field.  Click the Search button to find all related topics.

Note: Click the magnifying glass  icon to save the search to the Favorites.

Favorites

The Favorites function is used in conjunction with both the Search function as noted above and with the Favorites  button on the help toolbar. Once a Favorite is added a bookmark is in place to return to the search or topic selected. Favorites can also be deleted by clicking the delete  icon.

Breadcrumbs

Across the top of each Nexsure help topic is a set of navigation links (also referred to as Breadcrumbs) detailing the navigation path to the current topic. Use breadcrumbs to navigate from the topic displayed to previous topics as needed.

Toolbar

Nexsure help includes the following options on the Nexsure help toolbar:

• Quick Links: Each link gives a toolbar option to navigate to a help file panel.
• TOC panel
• Search panel
• Index panel
• Favorites panel
• Favorites: Save bookmarks to topics in the Nexsure help system by clicking on the Favorites  button.
• Expand All and Collapse All: Expand all drop-downs in a topic using the Expand All  button. Or, collapse all drop-downs in a topic using the Collapse All  button.
• Next and Previous: Navigate back to previously viewed topics by clicking the Previous button, or on to the next topic in the browse sequence by clicking the Next button.
• Home: Shortcut to get back to the initial overview page of the help system by clicking the Home button.
• Print: Print Nexsure help topics. Click the Print icon on the help toolbar.
• Stop and Refresh: Recover from time-out issues if necessary by using the Stop and Refresh buttons.

Printing Help Topics

The option is available to print Nexsure help topics. Printing a hard copy of a topic may make completing a task easier. Right-click on the open topic and select Print or click the print  icon on the help toolbar.

Note: If topics include expanding or drop-down hotspots, click the hotspots to display the information before printing.
