Enhancements

A new version of Attachment Manager will be included in this release. Users logging into Attachment Manager after the release will receive the update. Users who normally keep Attachment Manager open at all times will need to close Attachment Manager and launch it again to receive the update. The Attachment Manager can then be left open after updating.

Added the ability to add an Action when cut and paste is used to move an attachment in Attachment Manager

Added a Document Validation option for Word Documents in Template setup when uploading a template. At the time the template is uploaded, the document will be checked. If missing fields are found, a list of the missing fields will be displayed. Wait for either a list of field issues or a verified message to display. If missing fields are found, click the copy link and then paste into Notepad or Word. Use the list to correct the Word document. If there are no missing fields found, the word Verified will be displayed and the Word document template can then be saved. The template cannot be saved until verified.

Added a "Unit" column and filter to the Assignment Audit - Policy report
Added a new Employee Commissions Report which shows the commission defaults for employees found on the Commission tab within the employee profile at the Branch level. The report can be accessed by clicking Operations -> Organization -> Organization within the Reports section of Nexsure. The report name is Employee Commission Defaults

Added the ability for Service Automation to create and send Verification Cards for the vehicles that have been added or changed on an Auto policy via endorsement download

Corrected an issue in which an error would occur when removing a Retail Agent from a policy after it has been invoiced when the Other Commissions are set to % of Net Agency Comm

Corrected an issue in which the Workload Analysis was not updating correctly for the current month's activity

Corrected an issue in which, in rare instances, an invoice would not be received when emailed even though it was attached to the delivery

Corrected an issue in which adding the same supplement more than once on a policy would only populate the first one added when creating a document with template
