Enhancements

The release this month will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2022 as opposed to Friday
As a reminder, in an October 2021 email we announced March 31, 2022 as the “End of Life” date where we would no longer allow the use of Internet Explorer (IE) with Nexsure. If not done already, to fully leverage Edge or Chrome, attention is required to migrate any existing Document Templates within Nexsure that you plan to continue to use beyond March 31, 20222. The management of individual DocuSign accounts has been moved from the Organization Set-Up area to eServices. Please see the Knowledgebase for more information on how these are now managed

Added "Location Name" as a column to the Client Transaction List Bill Plan details screen

Added the ability to select Marketing policies when saving attachments within eServices

Moved Individual DocuSign Accounts from Org Set-Up area to eServices. Previously these were managed in Setup along with the Org DocuSign Account

Added "Units" as a filter and additional column on the Client Assignment Audit Report
Added the Retail Agent ID, Retail Agent Contact First Name, Retail Agent Contact Last Name and Retail Agent Contact email address to the Book of Business report

Corrected an issue in Edge and Chrome in which the Login Expiration Date and Time (if entered) could not be removed from the employee Security tab

Corrected an issue in which the new document templates were incorrectly showing on the Library tab within Delivery
Corrected an issue in which Inactive Named Insureds were available for selection when creating a document from a template on a client

Corrected an issue in which certain Claim download exceptions could not be processed

Corrected an issue in which the Nuclear Liability LOB was showing as a General Liability LOB when added to a policy
