Enhancements
REMINDER: As mentioned in a recent email notification, the Nexsure Insurance Platform now includes Multifactor Authentication (MFA) with the Agency+, Wholesale+, and Policy Admin+ Editions. MFA is a security process that requires additional information beyond a username and password to grant access to the Nexsure Insurance Platform (i.e., periodically sending a code to a cell phone to be entered into the Nexsure login screen during the login process). To enable this functionality, please contact Nexsure Support at nexsure.support@xdti.com.
Attachments
- When adding an attachment on the Attachment screen on a client, the policy drop down selection now shows whether a policy is Active or in History
- The Attachment screen in Nexsure now support the adding and viewing of HEIC images

- Corrected an issue in which Leads were being imported and assigned to the Client Assignment as opposed to the Employee Assignment on the Leads screen

- Corrected an issue in which an error would occur when an existing Action was opened and another new Action was created and saved. The original open Action would then error when trying to save
- Corrected an issue in which the Named Insured was not updating on a certificate when the Copy function was used and the Named Insured was changed in the Copy process

- Corrected an issue in which inactive clients were no longer showing with a line through the name when clicking a Client Exception link and searching for a client
- Corrected an issue in which the Additional Interest schedule for Auto Owners Inland Marine downloads was populating over the Homeowners Additional Interest
